Bob was born a few kilometers from the French Atlantic coast, and he began to nage en eau vive (literally translated, swim in the river) hydrospeed (what they call riverboarding in French) at the age of 8 years old.

From the first training he was pleasantly surprised by the ease of the water, so he decided to launch fully in the activities that would quickly become a passion.

He was frequently among the best youngsters in the discipline of hydrospeed, and he joined the adult category / Elite in 2008. That’s when the revelation of a new competitor for best French at the time.

He quickly joined the national team of Riverboarding and perfect his technique during training camps increasingly common.

In recent years, he shares his experience with the young people of his club, so they can in turn control the river and build their list.

His teaching is based on the mastery of basic skills before thinking about the performance or speed. Coaching that often pays off. Alizee Lambert’s little evidence is protected.

Né à quelques kilomètres de la côte Atlantique Française, Bob commence l’hydrospeed À l’age de 8 ans.

Dès les premiers entraînements et agréablement surpris par son aisance aquatique, il décide de se lancer pleinement dans l’activité qui deviendra rapidement une passion.

Fréquemment parmi les meilleurs jeunes de la discipline, il entre dans les catégories adulte/Elite en 2008. C’est alors la révélation d’un nouveau concurrent pour les meilleurs français de l’époque.

Il intègre rapidement l’equipe nationale de riverboarding et parfait sa technique pendant les stages d’entrainement de plus en plus fréquents.

Depuis quelques années, il partage son expérience avec les jeunes de son club, afin qu’ils puissent à leur tour maîtriser la rivière et construire leur palmarès.

Son enseignement est fondé sur la maîtrise parfaite des techniques de base avant de penser à la performance ou encore la vitesse. Un coaching qui souvent porte ses fruits. Alizee Lambert sa petite protégée en est la preuve.

Selon lui sa réussite est due à la qualité de l’education sportive qu’il a reçu dès sont plus jeune âge et au soutient de ses amis et concurrents qui lui donnent chaque jour, l’envie de se dépasser.

Expatrié en Indonésie quelques mois pendant son enfance, le jeune homme est impatient de prendre l’avion pour aller partager sa culture du riverboarding avec les autres competiteurs. Il voit ce déplacement avant tout comme un échange entre ” hommes de la rivière “. Mais ils n’oubliera pas, tout comme ses fidèles compagnons d’entrainement gaultier lebegue et tristan guyard, de défendre les couleurs de son pays lors de la compétition.
