The Ripboard riverboard is made out of durable molded plastic and is specially molded to fit the rider's body. Because it is molded it has no visible seams or parts to create drag, making it a very efficient and easily maneuverable board.
The "easy-grip" handles are located inside of a molded channel, which protects the hands, arms, and chest from obtrusive boulders (anyone who has ever slammed into a rock in the middle of a class V will appreciate this feature). The chest area is also padded with a grippy textured pad for extra comfort and stability.
There are 3 different boards in the product line to choose from: Racer, Standard, and Gauley.

The Racer has the thinnest plastic shell and weighs in at only 15lbs, making it great for adventure races.
The Standard board is a durable all-around board with a ¼ inch shell, and weighs 22lbs.
The Gauley is Ripboard’s top of the line ride, and it is filled with foam for extra buoyancy and stability. It weighs in at 21lbs.

The board does come in a variety of colors including blue, black, orange, yellow, purple, red, and teal.
Ripboard also offers convenient carry straps for those times when hiking is a necessity, as well as a soft-shell backpack for taking the board with you when traveling.
