Rocky Mountain Riverboards are shaped by hand in the heart of the mountains and made to be used as an extreme whitewater ride. Made of high density & high buoyancy polyethylene foam, the boards are soft and tough enough to handle anything the river can dish out.
The bottom is thick, hard plastic (thicker than a kayak shell) for protection against the sharpest of jagged boulders, and the handles are made of ultra-strong nylon for long-lasting durability and high tensile strength.

The top of the board has a grooved channel for rider comfort while still protecting below the waist, and there are also elbow indents to provide ergonomic stability.
Rocky Mountain Riverboards offers custom made boards as well as their standard ride (contact them for details). They also have a curved model called the StreamJet as well as a StreamJet Rescue version.

The RMR is one of the bigger boards on the market at 54", and it weighs in at around 18lbs.
Standard boards are black foam with white plastic and either red or blue handles.
