Gorge Games 2008, which will feature Riverboarding as one of its primary sports, has just announced that it has inked a TV contract with FOX Sports.

According to Gorge Games CEO Joshua Ryan, "We have secured a national television contract with FoxSports and will reach more than 85 million households with 3.5 hours of programming. We are estimating a national Nielsen rating of 1.16 – which means that our audience will be somewhere in the vicinity of 1 million actual viewers."

The agreement will run through the summer of 2009 and include this summer's games, the 2009 Winter Gorge Games, and next summer's games as well.

Face Level is thrilled to be a part of such a great event as the Gorge Games, and we are putting together a series of Riverboarding events on the incredibly scenic and exciting White Salmon River which will be fiercely competitive and show the country just what an amazing sport Riverboarding is.

Mark your calendars for July 17-20, 2008, in Hood River, Oregon, because this is one event that you will definitely want to attend!
